Controller: Studio Theodverte (theodverte.site), Avenida Chapultepec 31, Col. Americana, 44160 Guadalajara, Jal., Guadalajara. Day-to-day privacy mail: [email protected].

Intake notes for bike repair shop jobs may include measurements or photos you attach — only staff on the ticket see them.

Lawful bases under Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) include contract steps, legitimate interest in secure hosting, and consent for optional analytics on theodverte.site.

We do not sell Guadalajara visitor lists. Processors are limited to mailbox and font delivery needed to run theodverte.site.

How long we keep records: active jobs through completion, then a short archive unless Mexico rules require longer.
